Tesla: Coming To Gujarat, Know Everything!

Tesla, the world's largest electric vehicle manufacturer, is going to set up its first factory in India in Gujarat.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk said in June 2023 that they are going to make a "significant investment" in India.

An agreement between the Indian government and Tesla may be announced at the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit in January 2024.

Gujarat, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu are being seen as potential locations for Tesla.

The Gujarat government has offered Tesla about 1,000 acres of land on the Kutch coast in Mundra.
